Profile

An ideal candidate would be a senior developer with
at least 5 years of J2EE development experience
good database/SQL knowledge
good OO design skills (should be able to come up with medium complexity design independently, or high complex designs collaborating with technical architects)
work independently with minimal mentoring/guidance from the technical architects
good communication skills (both written and verbal) – there will be need to communicate with teams in remote locations via email and phone calls
understanding of Agile development process
